- Original record of previous driver's license.

- Health certificate issued by a competent medical facility (exempt for driver's licenses A1, A2, A3).
2. Driver's license is lost or expired more than 3 months and is listed in the management agency's records
In case the lost driver's license expires more than 3 months, the driver will still be re-licensed but on the condition of passing the exams:
- Theoretically for lost driver's licenses that are overdue for 3 months to 1 year.
- Theory and practice for lost driver's licenses that have been expired for 1 year or more.

Procedure for Re-Issuing a Driver's License in Another Province
To apply for a driver's license again, drivers can choose one of the following two ways:
Method 1. Go directly to Vietnam Road Department or Department of Transport to complete the procedures

Method 2: Register to reissue your driver's license online through the National Public Service Portal
