The all-new Nissan Qashqai is launched and has a sharp design with a modern design language. This is the 3rd generation of the best-selling crossover model in the European market.

There is also a new 10,8-inch Head-up Display, possibly the largest in its class. The new entertainment system runs on a 9-inch touch screen with high definition, integrated with Nissan connect, Apple carplay and Android auto wirelessly, car wifi system for up to 7 devices as well as charging ports. USB front and back so you can comfortably take advantage of your space. This is the first Nissan model in the European market to use AMG's CMFC platform. Accompanying the benefits of practicality, the luggage space on the new version is 50 liters larger than before thanks to the lower floor of the trunk by 20mm. The rear door opens 90 degrees to allow easier access for infants and toddlers in the child seat. 

Nissan says the new Qashqai is available with a range of engine options including two mild hybrid petrol engines as well as the company's innovative i power self-charging hybrid drivetrain. The first is the DEGD 2 liter turbocharged four-cylinder mild hybrid, this mild hybrid powertrain is available with 4 outputs of 1,3 hp and 2 Nm of torque along with 138 hp. torque and 240Nm are mated to a 156-speed manual transmission or an xtronic CVT transmission. A 260-wheel drive option is available but only combines the 6hp engine for slightly more torque at 4Nm and a CVT gearbox only. The new I power hybrid powertrain is different from other self-charging Hybrid motion systems on the market because it uses the ICE engine as the generator and is not connected to the drive wheels.

This is a new technology that Nissan also put on its Qashqai car. The system is combined with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine that produces 187 hp and 330 Nm. The result of this powertrain in the model is a crossover with all-electric driving characteristics as the electric motor powers the wheels exclusively. Nissan's I Power system activates the internal combustion engine when needed, always operating within the optimal range for outstanding fuel economy and CO2 emissions into the environment.

While most Qashqai configurations have basic torsion suspension, using 20-inch wheels or an AWD setup will upgrade the suspension to a multi-link type, with a Macpherson strut setup at the bottom. 2 axles along with an improved power steering system, promises to bring a better response to the car. 

Nissan will sell the Qashqai in Europe this year with pricing to be announced later. We hope that Nissan will bring this model to the Vietnamese market so that we have another extremely fierce competitor in the Crossover segment where the current Mazda CX5 or Hyundai Tucson are models. The top priority is very much interested in the Vietnamese market.
