Starting on September 02, 09 on Vietnam's National Day, with a total area of ​​2017 hectares, Vinfast automobile and electric motorcycle factory opens a new page for the country's auto industry. The car "Make in Vietnam" was born.

From May 20 to June 05, 04, the duo Vinfast LUX and A06 and LUX SA 2019 performed durability tests and electrical systems through a 2.0 km long cross-Vietnam road. Vinfast automobile factory was built according to 2.0 technology standards. The production process at the factory is completely synchronous and closed with stamping workshops, body shops, welding workshops, paint workshops, engine workshops, auxiliary workshops, assembly workshops and auxiliary industrial parks. The whole thing is seamlessly connected and automated by thousands of robots.

Stamping workshop with an area of ​​more than 50000 m2, the only large stamping workshop in Vietnam, the components that account for the highest value of the shell are stamped with 100% automation, the main production line uses Servo technology, the machine line SCHULER's first fully automatic Servo stamping.

Body welding workshop with an area of ​​​​more than 100000 m2, 100% automatic spot welding system with 1200 robots, performing about 6000 welding points on each product. Modern robots are integrated with 4.0 technology, which can warn of fault analysis, remote control and remind maintenance of equipment connected together by SIEMENS' production management system. Paint workshop covers an area of ​​more than 20000 m2. This is the number 1 automatic paint factory in Vietnam and is odorless, 95% automated by robots and control lines imported from Europe to help control 100% of quality, RO DIP powder coating system. Latest generation robot with air recirculation system in paint chamber according to advanced dry filtration technology.

 The engine workshop, with an area of ​​more than 50000 m2 only in Vietnam, automates 90% of the stages to make the heart of the car. Motor body and head processing line with 2-axis CNC machines capable of processing 2 products at the same time. Cylinder plating technology directly from SCHEUCHL is only used in the world's leading automobile manufacturers, Vinfast engine workshop marks a turning point in mastering core technology in the automotive industry.

Ancillary workshop with an area of ​​more than 20000 m2 with 3 plastic coating lines: using the fully automatic ecopaint method, using from no pre-treatment to robotic spraying, bumper assembly, full wheel assembly automatic, maximum capacity 40 products/h. Assembly workshop with an area of ​​​​more than 200.000 m2, made by the most prestigious German contractor EISEMANN.

Assembly line piercing tools supplied by ALAS COPCO are strictly controlled by specialized software. The DALMEC Overflow Lifting System supports workers in the assembly process, ensuring high quality. The auxiliary industrial park covers an area of ​​70 hectares, located right in the complex to attract investors to build a component factory in Vietnam. With the investment cooperation model, 8 partners have built 9 component factories here, typically famous companies in the supporting industry such as: ZF, LEAR, FAURECI, AAPICO, LG CHEM, NAMYANG, ANTOLIN, AN PHAT.

This is something that has never happened in the history of the automobile industry in Vietnam with Vinfast's car production project achieving a high localization rate right from the start with a capacity of 250.000 cars/year in the first phase. 1 and 500.000 units in phase 2.
